The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has initiated the “One Vehicle, One FASTag” program, streamlining toll collection to prevent misuse of FASTags across multiple vehicles or vice versa. - Visit the dedicated customer web portal: https://fastag.ihmcl.com.
- Log in using your registered mobile number and password or opt for OTP validation.
- Navigate to the Dashboard Menu, select “My Profile,” and view your KYC status.
For pending KYC, proceed as follows:
- In the “My Profile” page, locate the ‘KYC’ sub-section.
- Click on ‘KYC,’ select your “Customer Type,” and fill in mandatory fields with required ID Proof and Address Proof documents.
- Upload a passport-size photo and address details per the Address Proof.
- Confirm document authenticity and initiate the KYC verification process.

Documents accepted for KYC process
Required KYC documents include the vehicle’s Registration Certificate (RC), a passport-size photo of the owner, and specific KYC documents based on the vehicle owner’s category.
Note: This process applies only for FASTags issued by NHAI only.
